As dusk draped the city of Changzhou in a gentle veil, the IMB celebration venue sparkled with starlight—here, a narrative of the years was woven from light and shadow; moments of unity resonated with thunderous applause; and the warmth and strength of three decades of unwavering commitment were palpable. Amidst great anticipation, IMB’s 30th Anniversary Celebration and Annual Gala, themed “30 Years of Intelligent Sewing, Connecting a New Future,” officially commenced. Industry leaders, clients, partners, and employees from around the globe gathered to collectively reflect on the company’s magnificent 30-year entrepreneurial journey and witness this pivotal moment that embodies its founding vision and dreams.

Before the ceremony began, guests and employees entered the venue one by one, wearing exclusive 30th-anniversary badges and solemnly signing their names on the guestbook wall to capture these precious moments.

The meticulously crafted “30th Anniversary Development Timeline Display” inside the venue resembled a river of time flowing with memories and dreams, guiding everyone to relive the brilliant journey from humble beginnings to industry leadership. These precious images allowed every guest in attendance to deeply appreciate the hardships and perseverance IMB has endured along the way, and to feel genuine pride in the company’s brilliant achievements.

The lights in the hall dimmed gradually. Beams of laser light suddenly illuminated the giant screen, tracing IMB’s growth—from its tentative first steps in 1995 to the highlight moments of repeated technological breakthroughs; from the initial team of just a few people to today’s network of like-minded partners across the globe. The lasers, like nimble pen tips, etched the keywords “Starting with a needle, weaving dreams with intelligence” into the interplay of light and shadow. When the words “WE ARE IMB” appeared, it was not merely a visual feast but a heartfelt tribute to IMB’s three decades of perseverance through thick and thin. A spectacular laser engraving show kicked off the festivities.

Address by Chairman Chen Xinhua

Chairman Chen first extended a warm welcome and sincere gratitude to all guests in attendance, then reflected on the milestones of IMB’s 30-year journey. These three decades have been marked by technological innovation, market expansion, and, above all, unity and dedication. He noted that IMB’s achievements today would not have been possible without the guidance and support of industry associations, the unwavering assistance of distributors and partners, the recognition and trust of our customers, and the dedicated efforts of every employee. Over the past 30 years, IMB has consistently prioritized customer needs, continuously increased investment in R&D, enhanced product and service quality, and remained committed to creating greater value for our customers.

Looking ahead, IMB will continue to pursue an innovation-driven development strategy, increase R&D investment, and improve the quality of its products and services. The company will further expand into international markets and deepen cooperation with global partners to jointly create a brighter future. At the same time, IMB will continue to prioritize the growth and development of its employees, ensuring that every IMB team member can realize their full potential as the company grows.

Remarks by Yang Xiaojing, Chairman of the China Sewing Machinery Association

Chairman Yang Xiaojing delivered an enthusiastic speech, extending warm congratulations on behalf of the China Sewing Machinery Association for the convening of IMB’s 30th-anniversary celebration. He highly praised IMB for its deep commitment to the industry over the years, noting that the company is a vivid embodiment of the industry’s spirit of “self-reliance and hard work,” a pioneering practitioner of the industry’s path of “courageous transformation and bold innovation,” and a successful explorer of the industry’s ecosystem of “mutual benefit and collaborative development.” He encouraged IMB to write a new chapter on the journey toward high-quality development by “leading with innovation” to intensify R&D efforts, “deepening value” to consolidate competitive advantages, “empowering with smart manufacturing” to advance digital transformation, “adopting an ecosystem mindset” to innovate business models, and “assuming leadership as a chain anchor” to strengthen industrial collaboration.

Thirty years of hard work have yielded abundant fruits; thirty years of walking together have forged deep bonds. A celebratory cake symbolizing IMB’s thirty years of glory was slowly wheeled to the center of the stage. As July marks the company’s founding month, company leaders, representatives of employees with July birthdays, and clients jointly held silver knives to slowly cut the cake under the soft spotlight. The sweet aroma filled the air, and every slice of cake carried the spirit of “sharing” and “hope”—sharing the fruits of thirty years of labor, and hoping that every step into the future will be as sweet and perfect as the cake.

General Manager Chen Zhonghua Toasts

Raise a glass to the years gone by, and let us move forward together into the future. General Manager Chen Zhonghua stepped onto the stage with a glass in hand, his voice filled with warmth and resolve: “To the past—to 30 years of weathering storms together, and to everyone’s dedication and perseverance; to the present—to our gathering tonight, and to our mutual trust and support; to the future—to IMB’s next 30 years, and to the brilliant futures of everyone here tonight. Cheers!”

As the glass was gently set down, the giant screen on stage lit up once more, and the special documentary commemorating IMB’s 30th anniversary began to play.

As the camera panned across the screen, these precious frames wove together the narrative of IMB’s growth. Through the shifting light and shadow, we reflected on our original aspirations, commemorated this unwavering commitment, and cherished this spirit of unity and shared vision. When the video concluded with a montage of “IMB” logos, the entire venue erupted once again in sustained, heartfelt applause.

Host’s Opening Remarks

If the video was a narrative of the years, then the performances were a vibrant display of the IMB spirit. Employees from every department transformed into “stage stars,” telling IMB’s stories through song, dance, and recitation.

Though none of the performers were professional actors, every act was filled with sincerity—this is the IMB team’s passion for life, their deep affection for the team, and the most vibrant tribute to the 30th anniversary.

As the lighting grew more solemn, the gala moved into the highly anticipated awards ceremony. The 2025 honors—including “Outstanding Employee,” “Outstanding Manager,” “Excellence in Teamwork Award,” “Model Workgroup,” “Outstanding Workgroup Leader,” and the “Time Guardian Award”—were announced one by one. Behind each award lies a story of dedication and hard work.

As the recipients of the “Time Guardian Award” took the stage, Chairman Chen Xinhua presented each of them with a trophy and certificate. The trophies in their hands shone with a warm glow.

Round after round of applause rang out for the winners—a recognition of both individuals and teams, paying tribute to every light-seeker and to those who have witnessed and driven the company’s growth.

The most thrilling raffle of the evening injected even more joy and surprise into the venue. From practical small appliances to mountain bikes that promote physical and mental well-being, all the way to the grand prize—a “Huawei laptop”—and countless “Lucky Draw” prizes, luck was showered upon every employee. Each prize embodied IMB’s care for its staff.

As the host announced the winning names one after another, cheers erupted throughout the venue. The air was filled with the warmth of the saying, “It is better to share joy with others than to enjoy it alone.”

As the applause for the final grand prize died down, the gala came to a perfect close. We sang to commemorate three decades of history, danced to express the vitality of youth, honored role models of hard work through awards, and spread abundant luck through the raffle.

“Thirty Years of Smart Sewing, Connecting a New Future.” Thirty years of dedicated cultivation have allowed IMB to establish a firm foothold in the smart sewing industry and become a National High-Tech Enterprise; thirty years of steadfast commitment have earned us the trust of global customers and recognition within the industry.

Thirty years mark not only an endpoint but also a new beginning. From 1995 to 2025, IMB has written a legend through innovation and perseverance; from 2025 into the future, IMB will carry the legacy of these three decades forward with renewed vigor, embarking on a new journey.

The spotlight may fade, but IMB’s story will never end. In the next thirty years, may we remain united in purpose.
