but by approaching it with care

This is true for work, and even more so for life

The IMB team embarked on a three-day team-building trip

First Stop: Cloud Grassland

We arrived at the Instagram-famous hotspot, [Clouds-Above Grassland]

Nestled at the foot of the second-highest peak in northern Zhejiang

Surrounded by mountains, forests, and sea of clouds, we were instantly transported to a serene and picturesque landscape

The cliff swing and crystal bridge at the mountaintop

Skywalk, aerial bicycles, and the Cloud Path…

Each activity had our teammates pushing their limits until their faces flushed and hearts raced, shouting with excitement

There were also attractions like the gravity-free grass sledding park and the Valley of Childhood

Second Stop: Hundred Waterfalls of Zanglong

On the second day, we arrived at “Hundred Waterfalls of Zanglong,” the largest waterfall cluster in Jiangnan

This is the perfect spot for summer waterfall viewing and hiking

The highest drop reaches 60 meters

Each waterfall resembles a barrier

or a sheer veil

flowing down gracefully and elegantly

Rafting

After lunch

we experienced the rafting adventure everyone had been looking forward to

The total drop of the rafting course is 138 meters

with sudden ups and downs, and shifts in speed

thrilling and exciting

Third Stop: Huzhou Longzhimeng

“The Enchanting Beauty of Lake Taihu” transports everyone into a dreamlike world

Performers in elegant costumes dance gracefully to the music

as if merging with the ripples of Lake Taihu

Against the backdrop of the night sky

Fireworks burst like shooting stars across the heavens

Sparkling sparks fall like stars into a mirror

Blazing with a kaleidoscope of colors, illuminating the entire night sky

A breathtaking sight, exceptionally dazzling

Fourth Stop: Nanxun Ancient Town

Stepping into Nanxun

The outline of the ancient town appears and disappears in the morning mist

Like a delicate ink-wash painting

Strolling through the alleys paved with blue-gray flagstones

Ancient residences line both sides in a harmonious arrangement, with white walls and black-tiled roofs

Exquisitely carved window lattices cast dappled shadows in the sunlight

The occasional sound of oars breaking the water town’s tranquility

Small boats weave through the winding waterways

Leaving ripples in their wake

Willow trees by the riverbank sway gently

As if recounting the ancient town’s past

“Journeying South to Nanxun”

One group, one heart, one goal—working together as a team

Team-building isn’t about the destination; it’s about the people and experiences along the way

And those wonderful memories

This successful team-building trip

Demonstrates the company’s care for its employees

And has strengthened communication among colleagues

At the same time, after relaxing both body and mind and enriching their spirits

Everyone will return to work with renewed enthusiasm
